Corruption and scandal, or how Dems win elections!
So, Obama's fundraiser has been convicted, and the tactics Dems used in Illinois (and Colorado) to illegally raise funds and circumvent campaign finance laws they themselves wrote are being exposed. No wonder George Soros keeps his homes overseas...
You might find this explanation interesting of a Hillery relative from the past;
*Judy Wallman, a professional genealogical researcher, discovered
> that Hillary Clinton’s great-great uncle, Remus Rodham, was hanged
> for horse stealing and train robbery in Montana in 1889. *
>
> The only known photograph of Remus shows him standing on the
> gallows. On the back of the picture is this inscription: “Remus
> Rodham; horse thief, sent to Montana Territorial Prison 1885,
> escaped 1887, robbed the Montana Flyer six times. Caught by
> Pinkerton detectives, convicted and hanged in 1889.”
>
> *Judy e-mailed Hillary Clinton for comments. Hillary’s staff sent
> back the following biographical sketch:
> *
>
> “Remus Rodham was a famous cowboy in the Montana Territory.
> His business empire grew to include acquisition of valuable
> equestrian assets and intimate dealings with the Montana railroad.
> Beginning in 1883, he devoted several years of his life to service
> at a government facility, finally taking leave to resume his
> dealings with the railroad.
>
> In 1887 he was a key player in a vital investigation run by the
> renowned Pinkerton Detective Agency.
>
> *In 1889 Remus passed away during an important civic function held
> in his honor, when the platform on which he was standing collapsed.”

Notice, Nobody from the Hillery camp lied, but, they sure did spin the facts in their explanation of what happened to Great Great Uncle Remus.
Of course, you can always stack the Supreme Court, or have a brother that's a governor to help "fix" things. Either way, you get screwed no matter what.
Oh, my, Paul, you're not going to trot out the old Liberal "Bush stole the election" myth! Gosh, I can't believe that you would even imagine that had any truth to it...
Of course, I could explain it to you, but then again, you might reply with something even more stupid, like "the first time fire melted steel!"
Did I say he stole it? nope! George W Bush is a man of conscience, and would never stand for such nefarious goings-on, and would pursue the truth of things.
While not trying to defend Hillary one bit here, but holding her guilty for a horse-stealing, train-robbing great great uncle from the 1800's?
Remember the Bush family also has thier shady past when Prescott Bush was Hitler's banker:
Rumours of a link between the US first family and the Nazi war machine have circulated for decades. Now the Guardian can reveal how repercussions of events that culminated in action under the Trading with the Enemy Act are still being felt by today's president.
A lot of the stuff posted on various chatrooms on him is probably unfair & untrue, but he did have financial dealings with Nazi Germany.
There were an awful lot of people that invested in Germany's economic boom - including an awful lot of Jews. The so-called "connection" you're trying to make is very pedantic and sophmoric. But then again, so is just about everything else from the Left...
I guess it's because they seem to want to forget about those famous heroes of the Left, like Neville Chamberlain, and Alger Hiss, and the Rosenburgs, and oh, yes, Uncle Joe!
The so-called "connection" you're trying to make is very pedantic and sophmoric.
So is trying to connect Hillary to a horse thief from the 1800's ...that was kinda my point. There are plenty of current transgressions the Clinton's need to answer for.
Actually I am not trying to be left or right on this, just showing this kind of stuff can be had on anyone you disagree with …any family can have skeletons in their closets. The Guardian showed their bias as soon as they start trying to link any of this to the current Bush family.
It’s a fact many Americans would like to forget, but Hitler had a lot of supporters in the US prior to the start of the war. In fact Hitler (knowing that the USA possessed the largest number of Germans living outside the Fatherland) was actively seeking America as an ally against the British throughout the 1930's. And yes many people invested in the German economic boom, ultimately financing their war machine.
Actually getting way off topic here. I can see Obama breaking campaign finance laws, he's sure drummed up a heck of a lot of money in the past year. But I think he's just more successful at something stinky that many other politicians have been doing for decades now.
So what if Hillery's distant uncle was a crook. The whole idea was to show how the Clintons and their supporters will whitewash the facts, in their quest for power, to make them look like saints.
I guess it's because they seem to want to forget about those famous heroes of the Left, like Neville Chamberlain, and Alger Hiss, and the Rosenburgs, and oh, yes, Uncle Joe!
Robert
Chamberlain, like anyone who lived through WW1 , was determined to avert war. The Munich Agreement was broken by the Nazis.
And it was Chamberlain that signed the declaration of war against Germany upon their invasion of Poland.
He is not now, nor was he ever a 'Hero' of the Left.
Saying so would be the same as me claiming Colonel House ( Wilson's handler ) was a Hero of the rightwingnuts.
As for Hiss and the Rosenburgs, they got caught, the rest are still where they've been all along.
