Can MSTS and OR content work together?

And what I mean is, putting the OR locomotive in the MSTS folder

Well I'll tell you my scenario. I do not want to create a new installation profile and I want to run the OR and MSTS locos in the same installation profile....

As you can see, I have lots of locomotives in MSTS and have got them to run in OR. However, I am wondering if I can run both MSTS and OR locomotives together....

I feel this is a silly post to make, but when I try to run a route that has an end with no buffer, and crash into that part, my locomotive still stays...
