TrainSimulations announces a new route for OpenRails. Montana Rail Link's MUllan Pass Route is a modern interpretation of the line's third subdivision, cover 120 miles between Helena and Missoula, Montana. Mullan Pass is one of the most dramatic Rocky Mountain crossings, with a ruling grade of 2.2%.

New from North American V-Scale for OpenRails are two "Foobie" 50-foot boxcar packages. Intended to be flexible "kits" for repainters to create large fleets of cars, these cars also come with a wide variety of roadnames to reflect the rainbow consists of the Incentive Per Diem era of the late 1970s.

Coming in August from Dovetail Games is Train Sim World 2020, the latest version of the TSW franchise. The simulator will be available for Windows PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. It will include new routes and locomotives and new features, updates and ways to play not found in the previous version.

New from North American V-Scale is the GSC 53'-6" flat car for Open Rails. This package includes 12 cars from several railroads: Burlington Northern, Northern Pacific, Illinois Central Gulf, Wabash, St. Louis-San Francisco, and Great Northern.

Each car comes by default in loaded and empty configurations, with several different loads available.

T2P Films has announced that they are developing the 509 Toronto Streetcar Route for Metro Simulator. The route will be free to the community when released, but they are asking for help in funding the development and so have started a crowdfunding campaign. T2P has already releases several Toronto area routes.

TrainSimulations announces the release of the BNSF Seligman Route for Open Rails. This is an upgraded version of the original MSTS with new and updated locomotives, rolling stock and route elements, as well as all new activities.

T2P Films has released TTC Line 1 Extension For OpenBVE. Tis is a free upgrade for owners of their YUS 4.0 route. It adds six new stations with authentic stop announcements, built with real tunnel length.
