• Just Trains - Calling Scenery Modellers

    Just Flight

The development team at our sister company, Just Trains, are
looking for more modellers to contribute to some major route projects
    which they are working on.

They need 3D artists who can build accurate models of stations and
trackside objects (bridges, walkways, etc.) and if you have experience
creating buildings or other objects for FSX, Prepar3D or X-Plane you
might be just the person they are looking for. You don't need any
detailed knowledge of railways, but an ability to produce accurate
work from photographs and plans of real buildings is essential.

If you can answer yes to all the questions below, send us an email
and we'll tell you a bit more.

    • Do you have experience in re-creating real-world items in a 3D modelling package, working from photographic references, Google Earth etc?

    • Do you understand game asset development requirements such as LODing and triangle/texture budgets?

    • Do you have experience in working with Autodesk 3ds Max (3D Studio/3D Studio Max) or other packages such as Maya or Blender?

    • Do you have experience in creating photorealistic textures using Adobe Photoshop or a similar graphics package?

    • Do you like getting paid promptly and earning a decent rate for your work?

      Hi Nels… It's me... Tocopixel..

You may recall, I am the "founder" of the Port City Car Company (PCCC) An association of MSTS modelers from "long ago" - Search on your TrainSim.com for some of our issues. The PCCC projects were closed with the advent of Windows 7, but we might be interested in restarting this hobby again - In any case if any of these earlier models are of interest (like the .3DS files) You are welcome to them.

      Hope to hear from you....
