Spittler Enginnering announces the release of their first add-on for MSTS, BNSF 2098, a replacement for the default GP38-2 with greatly improved textures and many additional details. Their new web site also offers tips for other developers and also on taking screen shots.

LTV-EMC Release Date Set

Abacus has announced that its second MSTS add-on, LTV-EMC Trainset will be released on November 12. This collection recreates the railroad of the LTV Steel Mining Company and includes F9's, RS-11's and GP-20's.

Abacus has released information about its first three train-sim products. TS Design Studio will be available late fall in a download version. LTV-Erie Mining Co. Railroad Trainset is a collection of locomotives and cars that will be available late September. TS RoundHouse is a wide-ranging collection of add-ons that will be available mid-September.
