I don't think one server is best for the community. People join different groups for different reasons. Those who want to simulate realistic operations will join servers that cater more towards that....

It could be your autosaves. You might want to delete them [Run8Directory]../Content/V2Routes/Regions/[Region]/Autosaves/

Delete the files in the autosaves folder and then attempt to start the sim.
