i uninstalled and reinstalled bin, and it was fixed and all is happy.... prolly the game or gfx card werent getting along at that res for whatever reason.... ran a bn loaded coal today, worked great...

i did try that, and it worked, but then the cabviews texture richness looks like crap .....i might uninstall and reinstall bin to see if that fixes it....
