Andre, if you want to sell off of DigitalRails.com in the short term, let me know.
That site redirects all sales over to a Gumroad storefront, which I've found to be reasonable for their free...
Honestly I've never checked. I don't have any downloads hosted on Google, but I suspect it all comes out of the quota for Google accounts, which is 15Gb by default. Any downloads linked on my site...
Blogspot on Google is fairly straight forward to learn. If you have an existing domain theres a way to map it to your Blogspot blog to make it easier to access.

Nah, no need to close it.
But it does illustrate the risk in advertising Mega packs when you haven't actually done the work yet...

Once you experience the differences in detail and physics of a "made for ORTS" steam or diesel engine, you might not want to load the MSTS ones again.

I've always tried to include switching in my routes.
The IRM is the ultimate switching opportunity. Trying to fit your favorite cars or engines into a storage barn, putting together trains for...

Per a post on Elvas, Mike Simpson's source code has been posted to GitHub, and this thread is re-opened for limited commentary....

Out of respect for Marc, until we know one way or another what's going on, I'm...
It's an obsolete app folks... it's not just what Route Riter did but the encapsulation of TSUtils that is itself a bit problematic.
But it runs mostly fine on Win10 and Win11, so having the...

My suggestion.... if you have nothing to add to the original question, keep scrolling past to the next thread.
It won't include all 3DTrains files or routes. I've said what I can for now.

Settle down, folks. If it turns out that the site is gone, some of us already have an agreement with Marc for redistributing Scalerail.
To be fair, with the level of criticism leveled at Marc over the last few years, why he should want to go and have someone else act as a caretaker?
Hopefully it's just a matter of forgetting to renew the registration, but it wouldn't surprise me if he's had enough.
Several posts have been deleted due to having expired or bad links to photo hosting sites... feel free to repost with new links.

Probably didn't sell enough to make it worth upgrading for ORTS.

Depends on where the axis is. Substitution won't raise/lower the track.
In general, if your track is 3D rail and ties, you'll need to make sure the axis is set so that the wheels on the trains...
Absolutely correct
Almost correct. TSRE checks the sectionIDX so it knows what to put into the TDB entry.

It's possible to deal with super-elevation if you have separate berm pieces to go under the dynamic track substitution...
Place it as XTracks, and then edit the shape name to match your new shapes.
The only reason you'd need to modify the TSection is if you're creating new geometry or lengths not already covered by...
