Open steam, top left corner go to Games then Library rightclick on the game, select properties then local files then verify integrity of
game files and steam will download any corrupted or missing...

My wish is for Activities that can be run fully in OR Autopilot, sometimes "I like to watch".

Most standard passenger acts will run on Auto in OR and switching sometimes works but
mostly not.
