Before this fix, executable version 0.6952 bypassed those sigdat errors and signals loaded in properly. Until I saw this forum post. That was a goto for editing signals on the PRR. Thought outdated...

The track between NYP and Sunnyside will be changed. 5.2% grade that exists is quite silly. going to reduce it to a hopefully constant 2 or 3%80639
