To be honest I have also never been that keen on video based sims either, it looks nice but I just don’t enjoy the fact that when you stop everything else in the world stops.

I did buy it last night and had a quick look, it’s not too bad at all and impressive that there is a conductor mode already, something that is missing from TSW2 and is likely to be for some time.

Just tried it and it worked, hold F11 and click on a carriage(stand near to it), not sure they all have passenger views though.
Just sit back and relax, great fun.

I am sure I have rode as a passenger on an AI Amtrak(years ago), there is a pass view on one of the coaches, unless I am imagining it.

Looking good Bruce, one question have you installed the Radio Display Font patch from the depot’ forums? It’s a sticky in the Run8 V3 Support Forum.

Yes I think someone at Run8 Depot has reported it as a bug.

The sounds are excellent, it’s all excellent, yes the price is a bit steep but for what you get and the time and effort that went into making it I didn’t mind paying full price.

One of the best purchases I have made recently is the class 411 for TS2021, what a great representation of this multiple unit.
Brings back a lot of memories.

I use Firefox and it used to run smooth but now it is not smooth and its stuttery, spoils it a bit, not sure if it is something to do with my pc settings or RunOnRails.
