Too old. Does not have the 12012020 version of the route.
That is not the DDS version, unless you also added the trainlib.ocx from the DDS version zip . BUT you may be on to something. Could be that version registers the OCX when the DDS version fails. ...
Do anything different than "regsvr32.exe trainlib.ocx" ?
trainlib.ocx only belongs in the Sview folder.
Click on Start and Run. (Or press the Windows Key + the R key on your keyboard)
Type "regsvr32.exe trainlib.ocx" click OK
Ged and Randy,
Windows 10 version? As in 20H2.
Try rebooting.
Are you using the DDS version?
Error on only one object or multiple?
What object are you trying to view?

Suggestion: Add a Copy Report to the report window down next to Print Report and Save Report. Then a report could be coped and pasted to a forum thread when a problem is encountered.
I have noticed that when I download a file with the same name as a previously downloaded file I get the question "do I want to save msts_actman(1).zip?" rather than "do I want to overwrite...

??? Never had my computer tell me I had the latest version of Tsection.dat installed. Have had it ask if I wanted to overwrite one dated 1/1/2019 with one dated 1/1/2010. The only way to really...
Since you say that there is a ScaleRail folder in your Global folder, then my first thought is that a version of Tsection.dat version 52 or newer did not get copied to your Global folder. Or you...
When you don't tell us what is wrong after running the install, how do you expect us to tell you what you did wrong and how to do it right?
Well it is hard to teach a old dog new tricks.
Have you opened the ENG files to see if they have Include lines? That would verify that they cannot be used in MSTS.
Backup is called "File History" in Win 10
So if you want it to backup F:/0MSTS, 1MSTS, and 3MSTS you have to add those paths.
The problem is that MSTS was programmed to only parse the first non-numeric character in the MaxPower line. If the character was "k" then the numeric was for kW, if it was "H" then numeric was HP.
Did you not read from their purchase page:
System Requirements
Open Rails (1.2 or higher)
356 MB of available hard disk space
And before you "waste money" again note this from their Home page:...
I do not have the set, but since they are "Made for Open Rails" I suspect that they may utilize the Include file feature. ConBuilder is not compatible with ENG and WAG files that utilize Include...
COPY files from both CDs to one Thumb drive. Overwrite duplicate. Run Autorun from thumb drive. Click OK when/if it asks for second drive.
NO, NO, NO. That is the recommended location for the ORTS Executable files. One of the MAJOR differences between MSTS and ORTS is that the MSTS Executables are installed in the root folder that...
