The error message I get is that the file, msvcr100.dll is missing from my hard drive. 'Not so. It's located in c:\windows\system32. The file is dated 3/18/2010. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game...

The solution was to clear the Blueprint Cache under the Tools & Docs tab.

I just purchased the L-to-B expansion pack, and there are no signals on the route. The AWS's all work, however. Should I reinstall RailWorks? Forget RW_Tools!

I did a save. Then I tried moving my train much closer to the red signal and stopped. Surely enough the train I was waiting for passed, I waited a minute, pressed tab and got the approval to proceed!...

After 15 minutes or so I hit TAB. Access is denied even then.
