These engines require shape files from SLI, you don't have them in these folders.

If you search the registry for "Mullan pass", you can change the entry to whatever you need.
You MUST reboot after making changes to the registry.
You will need to attach the complete log file and the eng file ( zipped) so we can have a look.

I am running the activities, I am finding that on the first activity, the ground texture is not there.
I have tested the other trainsimulations routes and the ground textures are there....
Streamlines has changed their name to https://www.trainsimulations.net/
You may find the loco there.
Otherwise the file library here is the best of all for freeware rolling stock.
Why not go back to the author?
Install Open Rails and enjoy the sim again.
No one will share it, email support at trainsimulations.
And what do you expect we can do with no log file?
A very large log file would indicate some problems that you may want to fix?
What is your install directory?
MSTS compatible refers to "adhesion factor correction" being at 130%
Put it back to 100% to be realistic.
The only reference that I can find to the sms file is in the ssource.dat.
The entry exists in the msts bnsf seligman2 and the orts bnsf seligman.
Download the files again.

Forgot about that, I changed the height to fix mine.
Try these sigcfg files, fixed the same problem for me.
