You can't adjust the tile water height? Or is this like a reservoir, where there's a sudden change in water height near the lake in question?

Does the log have anything to say? I'm not sure I have that route, but I'll look when I get home to see if it's a simple fix
I would copy those installers and installed files to a safe place, as I have. Discs won't last forever
Do the following entries have closing brackets like the first one does? And you didn't leave the 'first/second/final part' lines in there, did you?
I'm pretty sure only the creator has the missing...
Nice! I see these things pretty often up here
Those instructions should work. Are you sure the .ref file is right?
That said, I downloaded those as well, and discovered many missing textures
Whether or not being able to restart a saved activity has nothing to do with whether or not something is an interactive. If you move track with hazards or any other interactive object, you will have...
More so who actually made the signals for the sim
What system? They are very different depending on when and by whom they were made. Absolute signals should be used in a junction as there are possible conflicting routes, but after that I don't know...
Most likely the signals are out of service. Turning the heads away from the track is the most common way of indicating that to train crews.
Cool video...I took a real-world video similar to that...
Interesting idea, BN ACes. The executive scheme works especially well on them
The shapes would use the same concept as Vinnie's flashing lights, but I don't know if you could modify them, for legal or logistical reasons. The shape is easy enough to create, and animating...
That's what it looks like here now, except the sun's out
So there's been a bit of an update. I thought a lot of the signal head shapes didn't really look all that great. The searchlights and modular colorlights are the worst of all. So I've started...
There are tree groups out there that can be placed. There are also forest objects, which will render two-dimensional sprites of a tree texture at random intervals within the forest object's limits....
Hope that ol' farmer has an icehouse. Even if there's not much snow, winter is most definitely here. At least with no snow the ice ought to be good
Stick the crosshair to anything vs. stick to terrain? That's always been there - Shift-Q is the toggle. Or do you mean an indicator of it? It would be sort-of nice, but usually it's pretty obvious if...
There is an in progress guide here:
https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?326657-Why-you-are-using-MSTS-RE-instead-of-TSRE&p=1977769#post1977769
There's also a 'Tips and Tricks' thread...
You can jump to markers, or even platform/siding locations using the Navi window in TSRE
Yes, pound (#) symbols are used to comment out a line
A zip file won't do it? If not, a hosting site like Dropbox ought to work
Based on one crusty-as-hell jpg, it looks like the signals are using one of the MSTS-era long-range light textures, with the OR light glow. You either have to turn off light glow, or swap the signal...
The checkox you're looking for is actually called 'Stick to Target', and it's located in the Objects menu, between the Select and Auto Placement buttons
My main wish is to actually finish a project I've started. Between scenery objects, signals, and a mitt-full of routes, who knows. I'm hoping I can at least get Northshore/LTV out before year's end,...
Good, I was wondering what you were going to do with all that Pyridine...
It is good to see someone showing what can be done. I've been using Gmax for years, but if I have to switch, I'd probably...
