They may be old but they work fine ! Convoi is especially useful where loose consists are missing in an activity.
If you read the techdocs,"MinimalReduction" is a valid token.They work fine on all diesels that I have tried,and electrics that do NOT have a combined power/brake handle

I believe there is a DB tracks upgrade available in the f/l.It makes the route even better.
It is probably because you are running XP,you will find some websites are not accessible.Happened to me some years ago.

I can comment only on MSTS,but most models brake force values are far too low.
Copy the ingame file from another route and modify if necessary.

No problems here,but I do not have anything like that number of routes and trains in one MSTS installation.
I have enough to do with MSTS without introducing a whole new load of eng and wag files.Very happy with MSTS despite recent problems which I have solved.At my age,not prepared to commit to so much...
I do not use Open Rails,I cannot get it to work and when I have used it,I dislike the views.I do not understand the anti MSTS brigade,it works fine for me.
