The wag files reference the shapes and .inc files with the 100t triple folder in the NAVS_COMMON folder, additionally open rails does not need .SD files to work

Starting on some of the CSXT related cars, I have 56 cars planned for this category...probably too many but if your modeling early CSX, it has to look convincing.
