During testing somethings i have learned that the route does not appear to work right after first step which is reindexing the tsection using horace. Maybe it can help you.

How to edit a Route with Dynamic Tracks in TSRE5. Without any Dynamic Track Error in Local Tsection.dat

Maybe I think I am missing a track file and that is the dynamic track piece. Do you know the file name of dynamic track piece.

The size of route tsection.dat is 15kb
The size of global tsection.dat is 5178kb
