I can only tell you my experience using Route-Riter to merge two routes.

Just curious though, there is a setting in ORNYMG to change the gauge of a route but will that change the gouge for that route permanently or would you keep having...

If you changed the image in TGA Tool 2 it would get saved as a TGA file, then you would have to convert the TGA file to an ACE file before you would be able to use it in the sim.

I'd change the ID from ? to htv, I'm surprised this would even show up in a consist builder.

I did run the route through Route-Riter for a integrity check and it showed one of the two problems is a siding item on a tile with nothing other then two...

You could remove the DAR and the DARv2 routes, they are both part of the DARv3.
