Thanks Carlo.
There was at one time someone who was working on 42" gauge track but then he just disappeared.

I can only tell you my experience using Route-Riter to merge two routes.
The two routes are only 9 miles apart and they did not share any track, roads, scenery or terrain.
The FJ&G route became...

Bi- and Tri-level open autoracks available in CNDcpk09 in the library

Standard gauge, not 42" gauge.
Just curious though, there is a setting in ORNYMG to change the gauge of a route but will that change the gouge for that route permanently or would you keep having...
If you changed the image in TGA Tool 2 it would get saved as a TGA file, then you would have to convert the TGA file to an ACE file before you would be able to use it in the sim.

Yes, been using Imgbox.com for years so Trainsim is just posting a link and not hosting an image.

OK, so when we see all the images in the reply they are just a link to the original post.

The equipment for the activities Jeff supplied were just equipment that was supplied on the MSTS discs. I thought years ago Microsoft gave the OK to share this as they had abandoned MSTS.

I had an idea on a way to save server space. People post screenshots for everyone to view. Some post several screenshots at once and some people like to comment, sometimes just to say 'nice shot'. ...

Not really complaining about the ads, I know server space isn't free. Compared to a YouTube link someone sent me from Germany the other night this is nothing. To watch a 30 second video from...
AI don't have the sidebar opened when I come to the site. A few days ago everything appeared normal but when I clicked on any of the forums to read them, the first one I clicked on took me to a full...
Thanks Ged,
I did look at this the other day but it's really just how to change starting tile locations and which I've been doing regularly while route building since the FJ&G days back about 14...
Strange thing happen with MSTS. I'm working on a route that I stated years ago. I can do whatever I need to do in MSTS RE and as I go along I can open the route and do a TDB rebuild. A few days...
Nothing I think, just grasping at straws Ged. Might help if the author also posted a WAG file for a similar car that works to compare the two. Strange problem when the same car fails for on but not...
Try this. Remove the HTV so the line just says Wagon (
Wagon ( HTV
Id ( ? )
Type ( Freight )
WagonShape ( htv.s )
Size ( 2.607m 3.792m 7.4m )
CentreOfGravity ( 0m 2.2m 0m )
Mass (...
I'd change the ID from ? to htv, I'm surprised this would even show up in a consist builder.

Hi Vince,
I was able to fix the route, or at least the second last saved copy of the route. Took me a while to figure out the the error message from TSRE that said ID was actually the node number...
Here's an idea. There are several Commercial Providers that post their wears here, why not charge them for advertising? Some have people who promote their products, charge them too. Some of these...
Some non-members contribute routes, rolling stock, and just about everything else people could use for building their routes. These contributions take thousands of hours to create, and we should pay...
Morning Vince,
I did open the settings file in the TSRE folder and added the load all tiles line from your post and it does open all tiles now, thanks.
I'll have a look as soon as the computer...
Hi Vince,
I downloaded v0.7.012 a week ago, think this is the most up to date version. There is no settings button for the route when it's open, or at least not for the settings you are showing...
Thanks Vince,
I'll give it a try.
I did run the route through Route-Riter for a integrity check and it showed one of the two problems is a siding item on a tile with nothing other then two...
You could remove the DAR and the DARv2 routes, they are both part of the DARv3.
