I had this some years ago, and if I recall correctly, I had to reinstall DirectX 9 since a Windows update had either damaged or removed it.

My guess is that you applied the fix to one (or more) of your routes at the time - ie. back in 2018. Check your routes for a folder called TRACKPROFILES with a file called "TrProfile.stf"...

Don't forget that Mid East Plus, and this activity, were designed before OR became truly viable. It simply serves to demonstrate that OR is pretty much backwards compatible.
Don't tab - there is a 'blocker' which moves after a few minutes. By tabbing you have collected the blocker on the nose which causes the problem
