Ok, wheel height is fixable. Just a little more tweakage and that should do it.

Step 1. Convert ACE to TGA or BMP
Step 2. Use Your editor *Gimp, Paintshop pro, Paint.net, Photoshop* to edit your bitmap
Step 3. Convert back to ACE
It has been pointed out the DDS texture degrade with every edit... so you should always work from a master and only create a DDS for the model from a master document.
