You are reading it wrong. Some shops tend to have left over items from way back when. Railroad, or not. Besides, if it was done in 2009, that means the sticker was left laying around for a good 14...

The laptop I have, originally had Windows Vista, but was upgraded to Windows 7, Honestly that is probably the issue, as it cannot handle Windows 7 well.
