If you click on a BLW Monon set on the sales page the contents of the set is listed along with pictures. The list of needed BLW sets for the Monon template is in the readme for the template. You can...
Check the readme in the template to see the BLW sets needed. Then go to Valley Pass and the contents of the sets are posted.

The easy answer is Activity Master at http://www.skylinecomputing.com/activitymaster.htm. It replaces all the rolling stock in an activity with rolling stock you have.
