    It's a rebuilt GP40 made into a radio-control unit.

    The dynamic brake grids were plated over.

    CSX also has a few C30-7s (at least one) and some B-Boats (B30-7s) rebuilt into RCs.....these units are not equiped to lead, they have minimal control stands,,...the Chessie newsletter had a nice article on them, if I can find it, I'll share with you.
