    Default olympic liveries

Have any of the railroads painted any engines for the Athens 2004 olympics? I know UP did one for the 2002 salt lake winter olympics.

No, because there are no trains that go to Athens in the US....

    However,

CP has a few containers "billboards" painted up for Vancouver 2010. you see them every so often on the CP Canada system.

There's no point in painting engines when the games aren't in North America, does anyone else remember the Atlanta 1996 SD40-2(s) UP painted?

Last time I looked, this was still an international board.
Of course I am assuming the original post was not simply focused on North American railroads.

It is possible that railroads in Greece may have specially painted trains for the Olympics. Any information from across the big pond? :)

cool to see it here, i live in amsterdam, so i knew it was coming, but one little thing, the olympic rings, plus the NOC*NSF(dutch olympic comity, hope i spell it correct) are removed, since the dutch railways are sponsoring from 1-1-2005:o
