    Yea I seen that on there today. Funny how UP had to haul them. They'll prolly be sitting in that yard for a couple weeks ;-) :P

    about 220 tons if memory serves, that's why they have 8 axles, so the load is spread out. they had a 40mph speed limit when loaded i believe

    That would make an 'interesting' activity...

    train wreck, go out and pick up 3 or 4 loaded flat cars and drag them back in.. loaded at 200 plus tons each.

    But, would need a model of that first...
