Default Interesting radio chatter on The Manchurian Candidate

I watched the movie The Manchurian Candidate last night. Cool political flick with lots of conspiracy theory themes. Anyway, near the very end of the movie, several of the main characters are on an island with some ratty looking buildings in the background and (if I remember correctly) a helicopter in the foreground. As the camera zooms in over the chopper and onto the buildings, there is an interesting bit of radio chatter--A Norfolk Southern Defect Detector!!! I guess they just needed some sort of background noise to represent military/governmental radio chatter, but I thought it hysterical that "big budget Hollywood" chose an EDD to simulate it. :)

LMAO!! I remember seeing that at the cinema. The G/F could not work out what was so funny when I heard the NS detector!
