    BCDEF... I fail to see the point.

    Microsoft did not leave anything out. They did just enough to get us to buy the product. Duh!

    Add-ons for MSTS are not money making ventures... ask anyone who's doing it. I don't believe they are making house payments with the profits. (You mean there are profits?)

    Jeez, get with the program!
