    This is just a suggestion but has anyone thought about making this.....

    Yeah maybe but they were powerful beasts. They had two FDL-12 2500 HP Prime Movers! They were 79 feet long. They rode on traded-in GETL (Gas Electric Turbine Locomotive) truck assembiles.

    A little history on these brutes, I believe that the trucks on these guys were the same as those on the turbines. From what I recall, UP traded in their turbines (NO MONEY DOWN AND 0% Financing for qualified buyers! LOL!) and they used the trucks from those guys for these guys! I think that was the deal.

    LOL! GE should of made a couple for export...would sell well in Europe I bet!!!!
