    Default Horn Sounds

    Greetings,
Not sure if someone has posted this before, but a good site to find some information and sounds of horns is:

I asked permission (to use in MSTS things) from them but got no response. They have some really great horns which were near perfect for some locos, but I could use the sounds only privately and had to replace the sounds with different ones when I uploaded.

I know this has probably been asked many times before, but what is a good program to make sound files for engines? Also, are there any guide lines for the length of the sound bite? Thanks again and good day!

    Michael
