    Default General Pershing/Silver Charger Zephyr

Has anyone ever modeled this streamliner? I've seen the real one in St. Louis at the Transportation Museum and actually live at one of the train's stops during its original stops (Jefferson City, Missouri). The train served the St. Louis to Kansas City line until 1942.

Here's a picture of the General Pershing during a special run for Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark near Denver.

Here's a fairly current picture of the train resting in St. Louis.

If anyone has this train and its cars (Silver Leaf, Silver Eagle and Silver Star), I would love to have this. It was a beautiful train and the last of its kind.

    Hi Greg,

There are always these. Also search our file library under Zephyr * you will find 38 entries.

    Gregg,

Here is the origin site. The model was created by Rail-Fan Marcel.
