Saving Profile and Settings

Every time I quit and start-up WOS I notice that my profile is deleted and I have to reset my custom settings. Any tips for saving my profile and settings so that when I quit and restart it has them ready to go?

Same here... and I am getting tired of having to enter all my settings each time I am playing WOS...

Please, anyone have a clue why our profiles & settings are not saved?

If you are using Vista, you must turn off UAC while running WOS Volume 1.

You must also have administrator rights.

Make sure to turn off UAC before launching WOS.

I ask for your forgiveness for my ignorance, but what is the signification of "UAC" and how should we turn it off in Vista?

That stands for User Account Control. A feature in the Vista operating system. Use this link for a thorough explanation.

Also good to turn off when running MSTS.
Just remember to turn it back on when you're through.
