on msts theres a activity maker and other stuff but when i make a activity i can't make it start at the exact place i want it to.

The starting point you set is where the end of your train will appear.

You need to compensate for that by placing the point farther back than your desired start location.

After you have created your activity but before exiting the editor, zoom in on the starting location of your activity in the map window then select tools -> verify starting state. It will place an outline version of your consist on the track with a circle indicating the front end. You can use this to verify the location is what you want. This function will also warn you of any issues such as the end of the train being off the track etc.
