    Try this little gem. It is a one click back up. Works great for me. Don't know where I got this .bat file so I appologize to the author in advance.

    There is no substitute for external hard disks, USB or Firewire, reliable for storing data long term.

    I have a 26 Gb Railworks folder and a 32 Gb MSTS one. Spanning over various DVDs, any of which could develop a problem ? NO WAY !!!!

    And that is just some of the simulators I have on my computer.

    I have two external HD's: One 465 GB, the other is 931 GB the smaller
    one I use for files (.zip's etc) , the bigger one I have my games loaded in

    also windows 7 has a backup feature

    Anyone know what you get with the Steam backup stuff. Looks like they only backup the vendor's files and your route/addons are not touched.
