PRR-ER and related route issues

I just downloaded the PRR route and the readme says something about a pdf file which I can not find any idea where I can get that file?

https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib....ight&fid=21321 is a zipfile that contains a pdf file of the complete track diagram of the route as it was in the original download. The route has been extended several times since then and https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib....ight&fid=26035 includes most of those additions as well.
