Thanks everyone, I was away from my computer for a while, but I did figure out that I should use "run as administrator", and I figured out how to use enough of Route Riter's features to solve my problem and delete the "offending" consists.
I just want to mention that this was the first time I used the forum, and I got a lot of helpful advice. I couldn't have done it without everyone who posted, and it made a tough and annoying problem bearable to get help. I really appreciate everyones input, and I will be sure to post again if I have any future problems.
