MSTS run problems

MSTS installed from original CD set, TS update installed. Video card drivers updated, MSTS fails to add new routes or new trains. MSTS stops after a few minutes of play. Problems started after trying to use the 'no CD' crack. I have un-installed, re-installed MSTS, but this has not made a difference.

I have had Train Sim running perfect on this system before with the same routes and trains.

I love MSTS. Please offer your suggestions for a solution.

What do you mean "'no CD' crack"? I'm not aware of an thing like that, unless you mean BIN which is certainly not a 'no CD crack'.

That's a very small HD, You mean 120 GB?
What kind of video and sound do you have? Did you read this?

I believe he means the official v1.4 patch which eliminates the need for the CD to be in the drive.

Yes, latest versions of Xtracks & new roads are installed.

No, I get no error messages when it croaks, but I do get some when the sim starts. I will have to get back to you about those.
