Rattle Snake route
I'm not much of a desert route enthusiast, but this route is down-right awesome. I didn't get very far as of yet, but in the 10 or smiles that I have seen, I'm impressed! I really love the wind-turbines off on the hill side. anyway, here are my shots.

I like the paint scheme on these locomotives. Looking at the stripes down along the cab side, you can see the Southern Pacific influence. Kind of like a south-western version of Montana Rail-link. Now all we need is some SD40-2s and GP38-2s :+
EDIT: also I know it says my framerates were low. I probaly should have pulled the Hi-line, Shuswap, and Pocahontas Sub out of there before adding another route. :-) i can already imagine the activities for this route....

Norfolk Southern: It looks like Darth Vader on rails to me.

RE: Rattle Snake route
Great shots man! For better frame rates try to disable the dynamic shadow option. That should help to get a few frames more.
BTW, you could install my updated treeline shadows. They're available in the f/l. That gives a better overall feel in the cities. ;-)

RE: Rattle Snake route
Great shots. Im glad you like the route.
Yes, Our repainter did a great job on the paint scheme. It pretty much got the look how I wanted it to look.
BTW, For those people who would like to do repaints for Rattlesnake Railway. Please feel free and do so. There are only 2 exceptions on this rule and it is as follows. No repaints on heritage units as they will be coming in the near future and only going to be 2 or 3 heritage units and the complete # 9700 series is off limits.
For more info on the reapints. Go to the Rattlesnake Desert section of the Badlands forum.
