Viewing Distance

I have a core 2 E7200, 3gb ram, Windows 7 32bit, Nvidia 9500GT 512mb
ddr2 video.
I have distance set at maximum.
When going from Newark to Jersey City I seem to be going into the
water, Hackensack bridge does not appear until I am almost on it. Is this
a symptom of a weak video card?? Should I upgrade video??

it's the LOD of the bridge. You can use Shapeviewer to adjust it do that it is view from a farther out distance. I have done this with a few default shapes.
