Evening to all. I just downloaded the Denver & Rio Grande Western #3300. I need the SOUND and CABVIEW files from the TrainArtisan ESE 2.0 for this engine. I cannot find Train Artisan Website. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can find hte cabview and sound.

I would really like to use this Loco on some of my routes.

The ESE is no longer available and the TA Eula forbids anyone from passing the files to you...I suggest aliasing it to another steam engine of your choosing. As Erick suggested, Please sticky and lock this.

Hi David,

I guess you're after the Steam cab(s) from the J3's that were in Train Artisan's only commercial release?

Just over $15 at the time of posting.

It's worth mentioning that TA, it's contributors and supporters, did an amazing amount of work. sadly much of their effort never saw the light of day due to the cancellation of the ORIGINAL MSTS2, and their later TA train simulator project. None the less many of the contributors still provide stuff for the sims and it's not surprising that some of their subsequent work makes the older TA freeware (lost since the TA web site came down?) look pretty dated now. To be honest talk of EULA's is somewhat irrelevant as far as the early freeware is concerned as most has been bettered or is available in other guises on existing sites. What is lost (AFAIK) are a couple of nice freeware steam loco's.

The TA website was up as late as April Fools day. That was the last time I visited it, and the website has vanished from cyberspace between then and now.
Might I suggest using SP&S #700's sounds instead? There are replacement whistles avaliable here in the FL if the default one's not to your liking.
