    Try any Yaesu handheld mic. My mic for my Yaesu VX-150 is a standard headphone jack type thing, only a little longer, and with a 3rd black stripe. It works as a PTT mic, and I use it as such alot whenever really. The only downside is, your mic channel becomes a mono. Usually the left.

    But it's better than nothing really.
