Can you use GoogleEarth to build a route in TS12?

The MSTS community has Route Riter.(http://www.rstools.info/) which appears to be a very good tool to create routes based on actual satellite imagery.

Is there a similar capability within the TS12 community? What a great tool to have, it would accelerate the development of TS12 routes.

Spend the $31 bucks for Transdem:
