TGA to Ace converter.

I am trying to convert tga file to ace file using Toace.exe,It's not working for me!the output is wired.Can anyone tell me what's wrong?toace error.jpg

my toace tool does not look like that. tga conversion should work.

For what it's worth, on that first shot of TGATool2, that type of ACE result is from when your BMP is in the wrong format. Something other than RGB 8 bit. You'd have to go back to your editing program and change it.
