changing horns

need a little help, ive got the GP9 pack and i dont like the stock horns, how do i change them? any help would be appreciated.

I obtained this mega horn pack from Railworks America, it has lots of newer horns and other sounds for quite a few Railworks locomotives, Payware and freeware, including the GP9, I love 'em.

By the way I'd like to add echo to my engines horns just like the sound one hear within a tunnel. How can I do that?
