Resikin a passenger car from BLW

Hello,
I wanna reskin the Inspection car from BLW NS OCS into this http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/sho...spx?id=2345806. But I can't find the blanks and I have no idea how to do it. Can anyone help me do this?

On the payware equipment I have from BLW, the ReadMe's state the following:

None of our original content and or model(s) can or are to be used in or on any other commercial or non-profit organization project without the express written permission from Gaétan Bélanger.

I read that to say that if you want to do a reskin, you need to contact Gaétan.

Hi ble64,

Eric is correct. We do require permission.

Gaetan and I have allowed reskins to be created for personal use, and, in some cases, we have allowed skins to be distributed here, but not shapes/wag files.
