Default Trying to get a hold of 3DTrainstuff with no luck

    Hi all,
I have been trying to get a hold of 3DTrainStuff since October 2012 to get my Donner Pass and Storm of 1952 downloads back. I lost the route in a crash and the back-up disc was corrupted. I have e-mailed them several times with no reply. I know Run8 takes a lot of time but I thought 3DTrainStuff still had separate customer service I could be wrong. Any info to get in contact with them or if you know them please tell them I need some help.

    Thank you,
    John

Have you checked your Spam or Junk folder for their reply?

    Cheers

The support's e-mail address is the same (either for Run8 or MSTS products, once "Run8 Studios" belongs to "3DT rain Stuff"):
    [email protected]

Anyway you might try to ask for help in a MSTS forum also, in your case.

Either for Run8 and MSTS I have sent and received reply along the current year, so maybe is something related to the SPAM control of your e-mail acoount (provider). For example, my e-mail provider has an especial spam's feature that pre-checks incoming messages at the first time someone send me an e-mail, in some cases sender receives and has to reply a message from my provider (to confirm that he is not a bot) otherwise the message even won't enter in my in-box or quarentena etc.

    Cheers,
    Doc.

I don't know how many of "us guys" can help except what has been suggested. But if your referring to the "Run8 Team" not sure how many of the owners even have access here. I think John may have recently been on here, perhaps he'll get the message.

    Thanks

    Sean
