Run8Depot Live Feed Question

Just out of curiosity I've taken a look at the Run8Depot live feed recently on DAMS and I don't understand something. According to the TS it should be very busy, but the dispatch and cameras look dead (though they are live). I know there was a couple servers up so perhaps I'm missing something.

I think the live feed is very cool by the way.

I've watched the feed quite a bit and it seems the majority of traffic you'll see is when A) A Dispatcher is on and B) Yard Crews are working. Otherwise its very hit and miss.
