You are more likely to get a solution if you post on the UKTrainsim Forums - there are at least two Windows gurus who should be able to sort you out. Which Windows OS are you running, and where have you installed Steam?

Yes guess I might be heading over that way. Just downloaded the file again and same issues.
Railworks is located at C:Program Files(x86)>Steam>SteamApps>Common> Railworks
Windows 7 Home Edition 64bit.
Another option which was suggested:
Either I send my file to someone if possible or as Dave suggested, he sends me his "working" file. Either way I can then rule out a dodgy download.
