    Default ZDSim support not answering

    First the sim is great and great work, but the support is not worth a cent.

    I re-installed ZDsim on a my new PC and have tried to activate (not working, normal) so I wrote 3 weeks ago a mail asking for help, no answer, so I rewrote the mail again and "surprise" again no answer.......so this is no customer support this is ignoring paying customers.

    Now I realized I wasted some little money, hope they will be happy with it.

    One reason I never took my interest in "ZD" any further than the initial purchase, was this hard coding to your PC hardware resulting in the need to get a new code whenever you make a significant change. Perhaps once established, they should consider selling and upgrading via Steam, would make the process so much easier.

    Hope they get back to you and sort it out.

    It would be nice to see this sim on steam.

    Little info, today is May 08.,2015 still no answer from the ZDsim support.

    Follow to register.(reg.process in russian)
    ***Top right ( in red) "Registration"- click.***
    BOX#
    1. Screen name.
    2. E-mail address.
    3.Password.
    4. Password confirm.
    5.Real name ( not req.)
    6. Question to answer "russian track width"
    Answer "1524" ( need only number, no letters)
    7.To protect against spam, assemble small puzzle,
    make sure all pieces fit neatly, don,t leave spaces
    between pieces.
    8.Put check mark in second small box, (rules understood)
    Click BLACK BOX (send).




    I will monitor this sub-forum just in case.
    I am just a customer,that can read russky.
    There are plenty of new routes, rolling stock,
    scenarios,updates and so on, free.
    ZD now been updated to, I think 5.2
    They update often with alot of improvements,
    but each new update required new authorization
    from ZD. Sort of a hassle, but it is their rules.

    ZDSim answered very fast after I wrote on the non English part. Thanks you guys for every help.

    The man in charge of the section of the forum, more than we have does not work. Therefore, any such difficulties. But Russian site works and supported.
