We can ask Nels about increasing the edit time frame. 30 minutes is not long enough.
Until then, maybe you could just save your updates for once a day unless you're answering questions from other people that come up.
For what it's worth...for a long time editing posts was not time limited. Then because of some kerfuffle it was implemented. ( I cannot remember the exact kerfuffle ). I think people should be allowed to self-regulate, by editing there posts whether it be for factual errors or rude nonsense. IF they cannot self-regulate then ban them for a while or permanently, whatever seems appropriate and fair.
I really have not seen very much of the "wild west" old flame stuff in the threads any more. Moderators have been handling stuff fairly and reasonably and members, while sometimes ribbing one another, are generally a congenial -- sometimes irascible -- group.
Maybe Nels, rethinking the policy would be good.
Cheers, Gerry

Good evening!
Today, my website Fahrt frei has been around for two years. I wrote a message about this on my page, where I comment in detail on the second anniversary of my website.
See You next time at Fahrt frei.

Good afternoon!
My site is online again. I will explain what the reason for the disruption was in the coming weekly report for the calendar week 4.

Good evening!
The OR instruction manual page has now been streamlined to reduce the number of pages. You can see what the whole thing will look like in the future on the English page of the operating instructions.
